Our volume of sales allows us to offer these distinguished blueprints at a
fraction of the cost it would take to develop them. Normal prices for custom
designs will costs around, representing from 5% to 10% of the total cost of
construction. (For example, design costs for a house plan which cost of
construction is INR 50,00,000 could average between INR 2,50,000 and 5,00,000).
Apart from this normal trend, designing cost can also be a lumpsum amount
(agreed by both parties). Our house plans begin at 55,000 depending on the size
of the plot, location of plot & requirement. The money you save could allow you
to add such niceties as a swimming pool, outdoor deck, luxurious master suite,
